Circular Vibrating Screen working principle
The motor makes the exciter rotating speedily through the tire coupling. The powerful centrifugal force produced by rotating eccentric block will make the sieve box do circular motion of some amplitude. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved . Under the influence of sieve box, materiels are tossed forward successively on the mesh. They are classified as thrown up, and the particals smaller than the mesh size are sieved out when they are falling, so that the classification of materials could be achieved.

Inclined vibrating screen is mainly composed of sieving box, mesh, vibrator, shock-mitigating device, underframe and so on. The vibrator is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing speedily to produce centrifugal force which compels the sieving box virating. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate while the side plate, beam and underframe of vibrators are connected by high strength bolts or ring-grooved rivet

Inclined Vibrating Screen should be started when there is nothing on the screen surface, and any start up with load should be avoid. Feeding material only after the machine works smoothly. Stop feeding before stopping the machine and make sure the machine is unloaded before it stops. Carefull observation should be paid during the operation. Stop and examine the machine if any fault appears, find the problem and clear it.
